Our offering for recurring clients only. Once a month is the minimum frequency we offer, all the way up to weekly. Ensure your home is always at its best.
Clean bathroom vanity, shower/tub toilet, floors swept and mopped
kitchen cabinet faces wiped down, appliance exterior surfaces cleaned, sink scrubbed, countertops wiped clean, kitchen floor swept & mopped
furniture and table tops cleaned & dusted. chairs & furniture moved (when possible) and vacuumed & or swept & mopped
sofa cushions moved and crevices cleaned
blinds dusted
light fixtures & fans dusted
beds made & sheets changed if clean set left on bed
as needed:
baseboards cleaned
windows cleaned
appliances moved & cleaned behind
Some notes regarding our services:
1. All customers are required to maintain a card on file. Cash or checks are accepted - simply let us know your preferred payment method. However, a card will still need to be on file.
2. A deep clean is required for the first clean for all new recurring customers.
3. Our recurring frequencies are Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly. Anything less frequent than monthly falls under a deep clean.
4. We do not offer organization services.
5. We do not do dishes
6. Homes are expected to be picked up, decluttered and ready to begin cleaning on arrival. If homes are not ready to be cleaned on arrival we will take care of the situation and charge an hourly fee to compensate for the extra time required.
7. Our jobs are based on the average amount of time it takes our crew to clean a home of your size. We instruct our crews to walk the home on arrival and identify if they feel it will exceed the aloted amount of time. If they do feel it will take longer, we will make every effort to get in touch with you to see if you would like to pay beyond what you were quoted to get the whole space cleaned, or if you'd like us to stop at the aloted amount of time and simply focus on specific areas first.
